yikes... just went in there and no one said a word to me or my friend, the staff didn't even look at us or acknowledge our existence. It felt kinda awkward just walking around the shop until my friend went to try something on, so she asked where the change room was but it was clear she had interrupted their conversation, so the girl pointed in the direction of the change rooms and then turned back around to continue talking. My friend then had the wrong size so i was asking her what size she had and what help she needed from me, us having to communicate over the conversation the staff members were having with each other. We then decided to leave after not being able to find the right size of the product we were looking for. There was even a guy putting stock away at the very front of the store near the door and he didn't even bother to look at us as we walked out.... awkward, weird, and as a local trying to show my friend around Scarborough it was a let down on my promise of friendly aussie staff..

Excellent service and knowledgeable

We walked into store just after closing time and were told at first we are closed as there is a meeting about to start. I explained to John that we really needed a pair of shoes as my hubby had left his behind whilst on holidays from Sydney. John was very understanding and helped us with a sale. I would just would like to say his duty of deadication to us was very much appreciated. Thank you John. Teraze and Gary.

look, it's probably the best surf shop in Scarborough, If not W.A.It has a great selection of hardware, wetsuits and skate. Not to mention some amazing ladies fashion and accessories.We tip our hat.

I highly recommend this surf shop! Great range of skate stuff and clothing also. Very helpful and friendly staff. Definitely worth buying local.
