I highly recommend the shop for everyone as there you can find huge assortment with good prices.Also, their customer service is on the top. I've had an issue with my wetsuit and it was kindly replaced for free with a more expensive one as the original model was out of stock.

A stack of wetsuits available at lightly marked down prices.I wasn't so stoked with the advice, but I did get more assistance than was suggested to me. Despite being a massive shop, the floor area for wetsuits was cramped. I really dislike dirty change rooms, and in this case they needed an urgent appointment with the vacuum. The change rooms were large though, with a seat to assist getting into and out of wetties.I also deducted a star for not answering the phone on any of the three times I called, all of which were in the middle of ordinary business days.

Wow! Called in to this shop, was blown away with the massive choice they have I wetsuits! Had great help by Tess and Ant. Spent ages in the dressing room trying on suits to have the perfect fit. Great service!!

Tess was great. Very knowledgeable. The store has a great range of gear as well. Will come back for all my dive needs for sure!

Staff were very helpful, but not a single wetsuit range offering a size above 3XL, if you are a big guy don't waste your time, they had nothing, not even to order from either; they commented that they have enquiries at least twice a week, but I saw 2 others challenged like me in the 1.5 hours I was there, I made a point of this to them last year so, so obviously the hierarchy has small minds like their offerings.

The best service ever. Great range and prices. Went way past the extra mile to help me with a glitch in a previous purchase. Do not buy your wetsuits from anywhere else. I won't be.

I was here last Friday needed my freedive fins changed for the next day. Staffs were very helpful and friendly. She fixed and changed my fins in about 10mins. So efficient! Thank you!

Just thought I’d give a little feedback on my experience in your store the other day, due to the current World circumstances I thought i would like to support a local business as I was in need of a wetsuit top. I didn’t really know what I was looking for or the best option, so I went to one of your counter staff with an image of your website, she bluntly told me “we don’t sell that” which I then asked if there was anything similar which I was met with a simple “no”. I walked out feeling a bit embarrassed as all the customers seemed to be getting very friendly service, I’ve never done a review before, but I was more than happy to be sold another product that would suit what I needed but wasn’t given the chance.
